Karla did a wonderful job at trying to keep us updated to delays and when workers would arrive. Very friendly on the phone. Superintendent very knowledgeable and took the time to go over everything with the pool from start to finish.
Ray from Shasta was terrific! The five stars are for him and how he handled our issues. He thoughtfully and thoroughly went over the issues concerning our equipment and educated us on how to be involved to better take care of our pool.
